  • Results. Your marks and the topics to work on, for each test.

How do I...

How do I add a student?
After signing in, open My family and choose to add a student. Give them a first name, then choose a username and password for them. A student has no email address.
How do I start a practice test?
Open Practice tests, pick a test and choose Start. Timed tests keep their own clock.
How do I sign in?
Choose Log in at the top of the page and use the email and password you made when you signed up. A child signs in with the username and password a parent set for them. Children do not have an email address.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
A parent can choose Forgot password on the log in page and we email a link to reset it. For a child, a parent can set a new password from My family.
How do I cancel or pause?
A parent can cancel online at any time from the account page, with no fee. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. A monthly plan can also be paused for 1, 2 or 3 months once the free trial is over.
What do you keep about my child?
A child has no email and nothing to buy. A parent controls the account and can ask us to delete a child's information at any time. Read the privacy page for the detail.
